Every month, on the second Thursday, The Washington Post's Going Out Guide (www.goingoutguide.com) hosts a happy hour at one of our favorite locations around town.

March’s Going Out Guide Happy Hour will feature Irish dancers, live Celtic rock from the band 40 Thieves, free samples of Michael Collins Irish whiskey, $4 rail drinks, $4 Guinness pints, and free food (while it lasts!): Mini Burgers, Spinach Dip, Potato Skins, Fresh Veggies, Smoked Salmon.

We’ll also have a raffle for a chance to win $50 gift certificates to Ireland’s Four Fields, tickets to the ShamrockFest and Little Shop of Horrors at Ford’s Theatre.
