Mexican Table 2009 With Patricia Jinich MEXICO CHIC: FANCY NIGHTLIFE FOOD IN MEXICO CITY Friday, March 20, 2009 @ 6:30 pm Join Mexican Chef and cooking instructor Patricia Jinich for a night out in the chic Mexico City Restaurants. Watch and hear as she explores how traditional Mexican ingredients have been given modern twists with exciting results. Taste an exotic seared duck with jamaica and orange sauce, accompanied by a black bean and goat cheese tamal, among other dishes. We will be honored to have the special guest appearance of Chef Joe Raffa, from Oyamel Cocina Mexicana, who will share one of his favorite dishes to pair with the menu. After an entertaining demo, sit down for a sumptuous dinner accompanied with beer, wine and Mexican music.
