Join Balance Gym December 12 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for an Open House featuring free workouts and demonstrations from Pole Pressure, CrossFit Balance, Budokon, and Boxing. Plus, you'll have the chance to meet our trainers, coaches, and owners.
The event will culiminate with a CrossFit competition featuring the top coaches and athletes in the area. Come see how the best of the best train!
