Phillips after 5 combines live jazz, gallery talks, superb modern art, and a cash bar for a memorable evening on the first Thursday of every month, and every Thursday in August. Other elements, such as films and demonstrations, are often included as well. SEASONAL FARM FRESH FOODS provided by Geppetto Catering and Fresh Farm Market, including an artisan cheese tasting table and a delicious sampling of summer fresh appetizers sourced from local farmers. PEACH SANGRIA will be served by Derek Brown and the DC Bartender’s Guild. BEER TASTING by Birreria Paradiso’s Greg Jasgur. DJ DANNY HARRIS of Fatback DC spins a blend of funk, soul, and boogaloo.
