On November 11th, DC Central Kitchen is once again bringing the brightest stars from the food industry together for a unique night of good food from 60 hot restaurants, friendly competition, and exlusive auction items!
DC Central Kitchen is excited to bring you their 2010 Capital Food Fight “iron chef” style competition: Chef Spike Mendelsohn, owner of Good Stuff Eatery and We, The Pizza and star of upcoming Top Chef All-Stars, will join fellow battling chefs Victor Albisu from BLT Steak, Will Artley from Evening Star Café and Scott Drewno from the Source for an evening of good food and friendly competition.
Chairman of the Capital Food Fight Jose Andres will host the evening, along with No Reservation’s Anthony Bourdain. A panel of celebrity chefs, including celebrated chef Michael Mina, and Top Chef’s Tom Colicchio, will be on hand to judge the chefs’ creations.
