Xavier Vignon Winemaker Dinner

The four-course, prix-fixe dinner is $55 per person, and an additional $35 for the wine pairings, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
For the past 15 years, Oenologist, Xavier Vignon, has become internationally known for being the winemaker of several of the best domaines in Chateauneuf-du-Pape and around La Nerthe, La Vieille Julienne, Beaurenard and La Mordoree. Executive Chef Christophe Poteaux and Pastry Chef Michelle Garbee Poteaux have worked with local vendors and farms to feature the best local products to pair perfectly with the wine.
