OK, we know you love football and chili. So why not throw the two together and join us for DTC's Wild-Card Chili Cook-Off at Union Pub!
Come join your friends, watch some playoff football and enjoy some great drink specials, all for a good cause. Additionally, you can sample and vote in our chili cook-off, with a variety of contestants vying for the top prize. What could be better!
If you are interested in entering a chili into the contest, please send an email to toan.do1@gmail.com and we''ll fill in the details. The top 3 teams will take home a cash prize and more importantly, bragging rights to last an entire year! Each team can consist of no more than 2 people. You will be required to make about 2 gallons of chili which is about a large pot of chili. DTC will provide all the normal fixings such as pasta, rice, onions, peppers, etc. Deadline to register your chili is January 5, 2011.
Come on, imagine the glory of taking home the top prize. This could be you, but you've got to be in it to win it!
Otherwise its $10 at the door for a taste of chili from each contestant and great drink specials. All proceeds will benefit DTC and help us support worthy causes in our local community. Invite others to enjoy a worthy cause: chili, football and beer!
