Zentan’s sleek 18-seat bar, with ample seating and communal tables, is a cool oasis for gathering to sample Executive Chef Jamie Montes de Oca’s $5 small plates such as the Spinach, Shiitake and Duck Egg Dumplings; Vegetarian Spring Rolls; Sweet & Sour Meatballs or a mini portion of the popular Singapore Slaw made with 19 ingredients, salted plum dressing, and peanuts.
