RedRocks in Columbia Heights and Siema Wines bring you a 5-course dinner paired with Italian wines - many from where our ingredients are found! Sandy Dickerson from Siema Wines will offer his expert knowledge on the wines as we cook up some unique plates in the kitchen. Here's the important stuff:

First Course: Passed appetizers: bresaola wrapped persimmons and arugula, roasted asparagus and buffalo mozzarella wrapped in prosciutto, assorted bruschetta
