RedRocks in Columbia Heights and Siema Wines bring you a 5-course dinner paired with Italian wines - many from where our ingredients are found! Sandy Dickerson from Siema Wines will offer his expert knowledge on the wines as we cook up some unique plates in the kitchen. Here's the important stuff:

When:  Wednesday, January 25th - Reception and appetizers begin at 6:30 


Cost:    $50 a person + gratuity and tax

Menu:

First Course: Passed appetizers: bresaola wrapped persimmons and arugula, roasted asparagus and buffalo mozzarella wrapped in prosciutto, assorted bruschetta

Second Course: Wild boar meatballs served over warm parmesan polenta

Third Course: Antipasto plate with La Quercia Speck, Molinar Salami, Chimay cheese, accompanied with olives and veggies

Fourth Course: Choice of pizza (pepperoni, margherita, pesto, cipolla, ananas, or any two-topping cheese pizza )
