Celebrate the bounty and richness of Virginia wines with a seven-course Barboursville wine dinner at Vinifera! Indulge in Chef John Michael Hamlet's European-inspired dishes like smoked tombo ahi tunabison tenderloin, and apricot & Saint Andre cheese crème brulee, perfectly paired with Barboursville wines such as 2012 Barbera, 2011 Cabernet Franc, and 2008 Malvaxia. Two lucky winners will receive a tour of the Barboursville vineyard including a tasting with a decadent cheese plate. $125 per person excluding tax and gratuity. Dinner begins at 7pm. Vinifera is open daily for breakfast from 6:30-10am, lunch from 11am-3pm, and dinner from 5-10pm. The Wine Bar service is available every day from 11am-11pm. ?
