Celebrate DC Beer Week at History & Hops featuring Mad Fox Brewing Company!
Hailing from Falls Church, Virginia, Mad Fox Brewing Company was established in 2008. All of Mad Fox's craft beers are brewed on-site in their 15-barrel Premier Stainless brewing system, using the finest ingredients sourced from across the country and internationally as well. At their brewpub, Mad Fox showcases up to ten standard, house-brewed draught beers on tap as well as a rotating selection of seasonal brews in German, English, Belgian and American styles.
About History & Hops: History & Hops is a monthly series at the Heurich House Museum, the former Dupont Circle home of D.C.'s most successful brewer Christian Heurich. Every third Thursday from 6:30 to 8:30pm, the museum partners with a local craft brewery for house tours and beer tastings. Guided tours through Heurich’s well-preserved Victorian mansion will discuss his brewery and the D.C. region’s rich brewing history. All proceeds will benefit the preservation and growth of the Heurich House Museum.
