TrainwithSerge Boot Camp will kick off a weekend full of fitness & rock hard events on Friday 8/22/14 at 6pm!

Join Serge Sejour and the team at Capitale on K Street. They will alternate strength training exercises with aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one. Their Boot Camp combines intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate workout. You can burn 400 – 600 calories in a variety of exercises that may use jump ropes, boxing drills, free weights, and even a little healthy competition. Expect the unexpected in this full-body Boot Camp, which will be packed with lots of variety and tons of fun.

This boot camp is free, but spots WILL BE LIMITED!
