Kogod Courtyard at National Portrait Gallery
Join us as PILOBOLUS, the internationally-recognized modern dance troupe, leads visitors in movement workshops and then performs in the Kogod Courtyard.
View Bo Gehring’s innovative portraits of the modern dance group on huge screens, and sit for your own video portrait by Bo Gehring and share it on social media!
The museum store and Courtyard Café will be open, and you can also explore the first floor galleries, including Eye Pop! You can take in the performances while enjoying a beverage, or commemorate the evening with some National Portrait Gallery souvenirs.
Join Pilobolus to create the perfect pose for your own video portrait by Gehring from 7 to 8:30, then watch the troupe perform starting at 8:30.
