Don't worry, it's safe to swim in "the ocean" after dark!
Enjoy extended hours to visit exhibitions, experience the BEACH, and snack on treats and drinks from Union Kitchen.
Union Kitchen will have local craft beer offerings, red, white, and sparkling wine, and two specialty cocktails, featuring Colleen, owner and head mixologist at Wild Roots Apothecary and "The Great White Shark," featuring One Eight Distilling's white whiskey. The folks from Undone Chocolate will be coming out to set-up a demo/educational table about their amazing, organic, bean-to-bar, chocolate. They will sample chocolates to the guests and sell people full bars from the snack shop!
Beach games and special tours will also be available.
DJ set and live performance by Shark Week, Washington, D.C.'s surf-pop garage band.
Tickets are $16 and can be purchased upon arrival. They are first come, first served.
