Join us for our second annual Biscuit Bash this spring!
We're holding DC’s most delicious contest, where nine talented chefs will compete for the title of Biscuit King or Queen—and you, the public, will judge.

- DC Central Kitchen's 100th culinary job training class
Award-winning mixologist Ronald Flores will mix creative cocktails, Hardywood Park Craft Brewery will serve refreshing beers, Ice Cream Jubilee will scoop dessert, and DJ Neekola will provide the entertainment.
A share of proceeds from the face-off will go to Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry campaign, as well as DC Central Kitchen, an organization that reduces hunger with recycled food, trains unemployed adults for culinary careers, and rebuilds urban food systems through local social enterprise.
