701 Restaurant invites guests to come celebrate one of Napa Valley’s finest wineries, Crosby Roamann, on February 27th at 7 p.m.

Crosby Roamann, started by husband and wife team Juliana and Sean W. McBride, is a small winery located in Napa Valley dedicated to creating honest, handmade wines.

The experience is priced at $90 per person (not including tax and gratuity) and guests will enjoy Executive Chef Benjamin Lambert’s four-course feast while winemaker Sean McBride will orchestrate pairings of Crosby Roamann’s California Rose, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet.

Limited seating is available and reservations are required.

Crosby Roamann’s goal as vintners is to produce wines that reflect the soul and substance of the places from which they come.  Juliana and Sean W. McBride strive to make wines from sub-appellations within the greater Napa Valley such as Cabernet Sauvignon from the hillsides of Mt. Veeder, Merlot from the Oak Knoll District, Carneros Chardonnay, and St. Helena Sauvignon Blanc.  Crosby Roamann believes that these wines offer the purest expressions of Napa Valley available, which is why they produce such wines only from special vineyards in exceptional years.
