VIDA Fitness is combatting those extra holiday calories with a surefire, total body workout.
On Saturday, November 21 at 9:30 a.m., the DC health club chain will lead a colossal total body, calorie burning Pumpkin Workout at Meridian Hill Park on the lower level.
Popular VIDA instructors Alex Griffin, David Winter and Mark Raimondo will lead a 50-minute bootcamp-style class, using pumpkins as weight to do overhead presses, lunges, squats, planks that makes use of every body muscle going from one exercise to another without rest – featuring modifications for all fitness levels.
The event is FREE, open to the public and for people of all ages: friends, family, kids and coworkers alike.
