On April 6 and 7, Chef George Pagonis of Kapnos and Kapnos Taverna will take over G for an exploration of traditional home-style Greek Easter cooking. Pagonis will demonstrate slow roasted lamb shoulder, lemon potatoes, charred octopus, fava and saganaki with black pepper honey. Guests will enjoy samples of each of these dishes as well as classic Greek spreads and complimentary wine.
