The next installment in Brabo’s Guest Chef Series is a one-of-kind culinary collaboration with Chef Harper McClure and Equinox’s esteemed Chef Todd Gray.

The five-course dinner features seasonal masterpieces such as seared raw fatty tuna belly with crispy sweetbreads,charred summer squash, Thai basil, and shiro dashi aioli and black mission fig tart with spiced pork ribeye, dehydrated black olive, and toasted fennel jus.
