On June 1, Chef Elliot Drew of G transforms his kitchen into a classroom for a demonstration of traditional Italian cooking as part of the MIC chef’s cooking class series. Drew will be showing off the techniques for making scratch pasta dough, cacio e pepe, tortellini and more. Guests will enjoy samples of each of these dishes as well as complimentary wine.
