Each month, chefs from Mike Isabella Concepts restaurants take over the kitchen at G with a pair of cooking classes highlighting cuisines and styles near and dear to their heart.
On March 9 and 10, Jonah Kim will demonstrate how to make proper dashi, the Japanese kinpira cooking technique, and how to create a steamed egg custard.
