What better way to start off the work week than to sip sakes and nibble some tasty morsels of Izakaya food while learning about different sakes.
Join Chef Kazuhiro Okochi for an informative class where you will be introduced to 7 types of premium sakes, a Certified SSI (Sake Service Institute) Sake Advisor will give a presentation on the various sakes, food samplings to pair with sakes and Chef Kaz will be on hand to share his knowledge and culinary expertise. Many are not aware, but Chef Kaz first introduced premium cold sakes to the Washington DC area back in 1992.
