The Chocolate House and Amedei Chocolate present an exclusive tasting class and experience. Some of the world’s best chocolate is made in a small factory in Tuscany. Learn about the sourcing, processing, and expertise that goes into crafting extraordinary bean to bar chocolate from some of the world’s rarest cacao origins.
This 90-minute class will also introduce you to the rich history of chocolate, the cultivation of theobroma cacao, and the processes behind manufacturing artisan and fine chocolate.
