URBANA 2016-2017 COOKING DEMO SERIES
Urbana will bring the modern Italian restaurant’s popular cooking demonstrations with Executive Chef Ethan McKee back to its wood-fired oven. Showcasing handmade pastas and Italian classics, attendees will learn to make such seasonal delights as pumpkin tortelli with sage butter, gemelli with taleggio cream and pancetta, and polenta with roasted quail, house-made pancetta and figs.

March 11: Frutti di Mare (Dishes inspired by the Sea)
April 15 and May 13: Spring Pastas
June 10: Summer in Sicily
When: 2-4pm on select Saturdays from October 8, 2016 to June 10, 2017
