Enjoy music from DJ DeRico, food for purchase from special guest Hank's Oyster Bar. Beer and wine also available for purchase with bar service provided by Geppetto Catering.

Go "Under the Surface" to explore the inspiration, design, and construction behind ICEBERGS.

Hang out in the “Chill Zone” and talk with museum staff and polar scientists and researchers. Dr. Julie Brigham-Grette and Deanna Wheeler will be on hand from ARCUS to share their research and stories from the icy field. Scientists Tom Neumann and Kelly Brundt, from NASA Goddard, will share the cutting edge technology in use to measure sea ice and monitor changes in the polar landscape.

Dive deeper beneath the surface with hands on activities and interactive programming designed to enrich your ICEBERGS experience. Build your own bergy bit with construction materials from the ice-inspired installation. Challenge family, friends, or yourself to an Instagram scavenger hunt or Glacial Exploration, a trivia search throughout our historic building. Visitors who complete our trivia challenge will be able to send a postcard to Antarctica, where an ARCUS researcher will mail it back to you in the fall.
