On October 24, Chef Michael Schlow and renowned Italian cookbook author, Domenica Marchetti, will partner to prepare a 4-course meal at Alta Strada City Vista and its sister restaurant, Conosci. Highlighting recipes from Marchetti’s latest book, Preserving Italy, Schlow will put his own personal touch on the authentic Italian traditions, which are featured in the book. Beginning at 6:30 with a welcome drink, the four-course dinner will start at 7:00 and is available for $65 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, and the dinner price also includes a signed copy of the book. Beverage pairings are available for an additional $50, and reservations can be made by calling the restaurant at 202-629-4662 or by emailing info@altastrada-cityvista.com. Spots are limited, and both Marchetti and Schlow will be in attendance to discuss the book and dishes made for the dinner, which will be held in Alta Strada’s sister space, Conosci.
