Urbana will bring the modern Italian restaurant’s popular cooking demonstrations with Executive Chef Ethan McKee back to its wood-fired oven. Showcasing handmade pastas and Italian classics, attendees will learn to make such seasonal delights as pumpkin tortelli with sage buttergemelli with taleggio cream and pancetta, and polenta with roasted quail, house-made pancetta and figs
