Grand Opening
Sample Chef Brian's version of comfort cuisine at his grand opening celebration. His food is inspired by what he cooked for his celebrity clients over the years. Chef Brian has been on a number of TV shows, including the first seasons of Top Chef and Bar Rescue, as well as a celebrity judge on Master Chef. A native of Petworth, Chef Brian has brought his talents back to DC with his restaurant on 19th Street between K & L Streets. His dishes are clean and flavorful, and he creates them with his own twists.
