Sip Your Way into Spring: LINCOLN To Host Pop Up Cocktail Dinner with Jos. A. Magnus

Aside from trading in your winter boots and sweaters for sandals and sundresses, the best thing about the arrival of spring is the fresh foods it brings.

With that in mind, LINCOLN has partnered with Ivy City distillery Jos. A. Magnus to host a seasonally-driven pop up dinner on Wednesday, March 22nd.

The evening, which will also serve as the official debut of Magnus’ Vigilant Navy Strength Gin, will consist of a five course meal presented with beverage pairings.  LINCOLN’s Executive Chef, Demetrio Zavala will be serving a menu chock full of seasonal ingredients like watercress, halibut and Vidalia onions.

Magnus’ Head Distiller collaborated with PRG Hospitality Beverage Manager Tammy Vodinh to create a series of original cocktails that draw inspiration from the current season and are designed to complement each course.  Guests will also have the option of ordering wines, beers and other spirits from the bar.
