Chef Christopher Roberson invites all to the Etete Pop-Up Vegan Brunch. While Etete is normally closed on Sundays, this week they're opening up the doors for with a special brunch menu anyone can on enjoy. Brunch includes four courses with a choice of items like the Watermelon & Avocado Soup, the Lentil Burger or Baguette French Toast and for dessert there and option of the Rose Glazed, Cinnamon Sugar, and Pistachio crumb Donuts. And because what's a DC brunch without bottomless libation, the meal also comes with a choice of bottomless Mimosas or Passionfruit Bellins.

About Etete Restaurant:
With Chef Christopher Roberson at the helm, Etete Restaurant reopened after a major renovation in Spring 2017. The menu features global cuisine with Ethiopian influences. Dishes appeals to vegetarians and more carnivorous eaters alike with favorites including the Black Eyed Pea Fritters, the Turmeric Chicken, the Alligator Pepper Crusted Short Rib, and the Blistered Sardines.
