On Saturday, July 29, The Source by Wolfgang Puck will host an outdoor pork roast with local beer on the restaurant’s patio. Executive Chef Russell Smith has created a menu featuring his take on Asian BBQ, including a whole roasted suckling pig with crispy skin, hot & numbing pork sausage, mala-honey glazed beer can chicken and egg custard bao buns as well as summer vegetable sides such as cole slaw with Chinese dressing, marinated tomato salad with yuzu vinaigrette and grilled corn with chili-lime butter. The food will be paired with select beers from 3 Stars Brewing Company. Tickets, which can be purchased here or by calling (202) 637-6100, are priced at $50 per guest and are inclusive of all food and beverage.
