Jessica Ernst - USAID 

Jessica Ernst is an expert in international public-private partnerships, and author of the book So You Want to Save the World: A Guide to Pursuing a Career in International Development. Jessica currently works with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) partnership office to build internal capacity. Previously, Jessica was an independent consultant, with clients that include the Millennium Challenge Corporation, an independent U.S. Government foreign aid agency. With the Millennium Challenge Corporation, Jessica developed the project strategy, framework, and budget to create partnerships with leading companies to reduce malnutrition in Indonesia.

Soud Habbas - Pyxera 

Soud Habbas is the Chief Operating Officer at PYXERA Global where he is responsible for enhancing program effectiveness, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements, and ensuring the implementation of quality control procedures across programs and other organizational activities. 

Soud has a degree in law (J.D.) from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and has several years of experience in private sector development having served as the Senior Contracts and Grants Director and Internal Investigator at ACDI/VOCA, both in Washington, and overseas in Jordan and Egypt; as a Deputy Country Representative in the Occupied Palestinian Territories; and as the Grants and Compliance Manager on projects in Rwanda and the Occupied Palestinian Territories.
