The flavour of the Grace Jamaican Jerk Festival is a mixture of old-time fair and contemporary concert. There is a large number of vendors selling a variety of Jerk foods in their many forms; everyone has their own secret ingredients. Pork and chicken are the main Jerk offerings, but also available are Jerk foods that deviate from the norm, to include delicacies such as Jerk Fish, Jerk Shrimp and Jerk Lobster and even the innovative and unusual Jerk Ice Cream.
