Six Champagnes from Wine Traditions paired with A Special Cork Wine Bar Menu
Join us in Cork's NEW Private Dining Room for a hand selected group of wonderful grower Champagnes. An annual tradition with Ed and Barbara from Wine Traditions who will be on hand to talk about the producers. These unique sparklers are wonderful accompaniments to food and represent some of the best wines of Champagne.

Warm Lobster and Asparagus Salad, tarragon-Sauternes dressing
Juniper Cured Char, candied kumquats, kumquat purée
Seared Five Spice Duck Breast, rose petal cream sauce, glazed carrots
This tasting is $100 (exclusive of tax & gratuity) & attendance will be limited to 24 people to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our guests.
