Under the direction of Pastry Chef Kelsey Burack, couples will be making  hand-rolled, chocolate truffles and sweet mignardise while sipping champagne and enjoying sweet treats at this pre-Valentine's Day event.
 
Every couple will take home two dozen of their own creations.
