Scott Sklar, a board director and co-founder of The Solar Foundation, is president of technology optimization and strategic policy firm The Stella Group, Ltd. Previously, Scott served as executive director of two national trade associations concurrently for 15 years, the Solar Energy Industries Association and the National BioEnergy Industries Association.
